Temperture control switches for exhaust fan?

Ok so i'm lookin for a temperature control for my exhaust fan, any idea where sells them online?

I keep coming up with swiches that turn on when they go below a temp not the other way round.

Any ideas, i bought one today but misread the box, it said min/max temp and i was in a rush, all it ment was it displays the min and max temp in the room over a period of time but didnt control the swich.

Heat only thermostats are cheap. Heat/cool thermostats are more expensive. You can use a SPDT relay in addition to the thermostat and wire it however you want. Normally open or normally closed.

Searching for the same thing. I would like the heat only thermostat or thermometer to signal the variable settings on a inline fan. If temperatures cool down, the vortex takes it down a notch. That's what I want.
