Temp too high?!?

Hi, Im wondering what happens when the temp is too high in your grow room?
My plant just sprouted and it fell over, and the stem is all flimsy.
Is this the temp??

yea definitely could be. they can't grow in a room thats too hot its a real quick way to torch em. i just added a 250 MH that heated up my clones a lot more than i expected and a bunch of the leaves started to get all twisted and unhealthy. luckily i caught it quick and they're recovering alright but ya gotta watch the temps

Will my plant recover if its already fallen over?
I forgot to say that my temps are around 100

you definitely need to get it cooler fast. i don't know if it'll recover but ya can try it if you can keep the temps down around 80
