Time to transplant if nothing else.

They may be acclimated to the outdoors, but I'd start them off in filtered sun just to be sure.
There is something going on that I can't quite put my finger on though... How often do you water them? Do you ever feed them?

They are most likely in the vegging stage since they appear to be rather young.
If they are feminized seeds, than you can be pretty sure you have female plants.
If you don't, then you will have to wait until they begin to flower before you'll know.

Some people think you can tell the sex of the plant by the number of leaves... this has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Do you know what male and female "flowers" look like?

I'd put them in the pot you want to harvest them from. IMO. Pot size depends on how much soil yhou want to fill them with and what size harvest you are looking for. That said someone who doesn't know that they are doing can get a smaller harvest from a 20 gallon pot than someone who does know what they are doing from a 5 gallon pot.

Those clones are not healthy. They look to be stuck in transition.

They would be better off outdoors and in bigger pots. They need recovery time.

thanks for the input...i just brought them home last night...planning on transplanting them today...what do you mean by recovery time ? just lots of tlc ? are there specific steps you would reccomend i take ? or does it just mean get them into bigger pots better soil and let them do their thing ?

My experience with clones that are this maltreated take a long time to recover.

I've seen them take over a month to restart vegetative growth.

I would repot them and place them in full sun light. Be careful not to over water them and don't give them any kind of nutrients.

Regular miracle grow potting soil would be best if you need a cheap alternative to the expensive brands. Make sure the new pots have drainage

would you recomend any of those water retaining crystals, vermicilite or anything like that ?...or just the pre mixed potting soil ?

Balzac has lots of good advice. My guess is it is not hardened off and was cooked by the sun. Just a guess y they are so sad. Def need a bigger home
