T8 fluorescent lighting

Hi all,
im currently on a budget and am looking for cheap fluoros for my veg chamber and was thinking of getting to 4' T8 fluoros from home depot. MY question is: i heard your supposed to use warm white and cool white bulbs for an equal spectrum during veg. Problem is i dont see warm white bulbs at home depot only cool ones. I seen this at their website and was wondering if that could be them. Can you just use cool white during veg and get equal results? Has anyone ever done something like this before? Any help would be appriciated.

I'm a new guy, but I think people only use 2700, and 6500k together when they are going to flower with the same light they veg with, for "veg" Home Depot has nice {day light} flo's
they are 6500k with the blue, the 2700k would have the orange Hugh for flowering, myself, I would not use a flo light to flower with.

I use all cool white on my seedlings until about 3 weeks, before I put under the big lamp.
