T8 Bulbs

I've just got a 2 bulb T8 Light setup (for free), and on one of the bulbs it saids Philips TLD 58w/35 and the other Philips TLD 58w/33. I've looked everywhere and cant find out if they are the right bulbs to use for the veg stage, there is no rating of kelvin on them or what colour bulb they are. Would anyone know what these might be and are T8's ok to use.
