T5 temperature for growth only?

Hello! Greetings to you all, this is my first post here. 'Hope you are all doing well. Anyway, on to my question -

I just built two rooms (Hopefully pictures soon to follow), one for veg., one for bloom. In the veg./growth room I'm going to put this 2', 4 bulb T5:

New Wave T5 System - 2', 4 Bulb | BGH

Now, I have the option of getting 4 cool bulbs (6500K each) or 2 cool & 2 warm bulbs (3000K each). It states that cool is for growth, & warm is for flowering. Since all I want to do with them is growth, I would assume that getting 4 cool bulbs would be the best option. I would assume. But I've seen a lot of sources recommend using 2 cool & 2 warm even for the growth phase. It says that both cool & warm emit 2500 lumens each bulb. I'd really like to hear some of your opinions.

& Please forgive me if this has been asked before...I did quite a few searches in these forums & still didn't find the info I'm looking for.

T5 fluoro's are excellent for vegging and mother's.
For flowering you'll need a bit more juice if want to get some decent bud off your plants.
Get yourself at least a 400 watt HPS light for flowering.

Thanks for the reply, but I already have a 400W HPS for flowering. I'm just wondering about the fluorescents for growth.....Should I get 4 cool bulbs, or 2 cool & 2 warm?

I use 4 cool's for my T5 setup.

Cool, thanks again for the reply. I actually just called a somewhat renowned grow shop & the person I spoke with said it's more a matter of preference than anything. He said that in a veg. state, the plants are going to suck up more of the blue (cool) light, but some people think that the plants can benefit from having more of a full spectrum. He said that they have both setups at his shop, & he hasn't been able to tell a difference between the two as far as results go. I think I'm going with 4 cools. Thanks again!

If anyone else wants to throw in their $.02, I'd appreciate that as well.....
