t5 Side Lights For Vegging ?

has anyone got any thoughts on my idea.....

i want a few of these for side lights, saves me having to worry about penetrating the 'canopy' .... i will how ever be adding a 400 watt hps light at a later date for flowering, and when i do , i can change the t5 bulbs too, just a thought.....

they are only 24 watts but if i buy 3 and rotate my plant.....

im also using a 250 cfl

just wanted to put them on the side walls of my grow room...

i run a 600 watt through veg n flower aint worried about penatraiting in to the canopy AS ITS MORE LIGHTS / sockets energy e.t.c . but i am sure it wud pay to do it for the increase in bud size, dont no how experienced u are but seen this guy pinching and bending stems which wud apperently perk back up, but the now exposed bud sites think there the primary ones and grow much bigger, that way u get light in to the cannopy n top asswell, i aint tried yet as i am very inexperienced at the moment so dont want to risk it, but it looks the way to go, if u av room that is !!! ps i do like ur det up man it looks well good !!!!!!

well im about to get a 400 for flowering, only one plant.

ive been growing for 9 weeks, its all new to me also, started off with a simple outside grow, but ive got 'the bug' now, lol

i would do 2 or 3 with the 400 infid3l, i pulled 10 oz off a 400 with 5 plants, so think you will be loseing out with just 1 plant,

once i get the t5 side lights im happy to do 2, but right now with just ONE cfl lamp i doubt two would veg very well, and lst is out because the plants too far into veg now....

the dude is right u want 2 or 4 to get a lil more bud, but that willcome wiv time if u aint ready for that yet, but good look to ya m8

i do actually have 2 , but ones a bit of a reject , lol so ive left it outside, see what happens eh.

Take cuttings before you switch to flower. Just in case it turns out to be a great plant.
