T5 florescent or 400 hp sodium for vegging?

I just purchased a 400 watt hp sodium metal hallide light. I have been using my t5 hp florescent lights (4bulbs 2red 2blue) (24w/a piece). Which light is better for vegging?

i would say the t5 because your using full spectrum but i would recommend a 40,000 lumen t5
