Switching to higher wattage 400 to 1000??

I`m growing under a 400 watt hps 2nd week of flowering,I ordered a 1000watt for my next grow.My question is can I put the 1000watt over my current grow or will it shock the plants?

it wont shock them so use it,u should probably raise it up higher than the 400 wast though until u figure out how close u can put it because if u put the 1000 at the same height as the 400 u might have some problems then

Make sure you got ventilation too. Your 1000 is going to throw off more heat than the 400 so make sure your not cooking the girls before they're in your bong.

IMO more than 600 is a waste unless you are commercial with 100's at a time. I have 2-400 hPS and have 12 always going and turn out some good stuff.

you should have gotten a 600 instead of the 1K they'er alot more efficent so I hear
