Switching to flowering period this weekend. Have a question? Please help?

So im switching to 12/12 sunday. This is my first grow so i dont know if i should just straight up switch from 18/6 to 12/12 or should i give it 24 hours of darkness before switching it to 12/12.


Any advice and personal experiance with this would be awsome

24Hrs of darkness before 12-12 i have read on here, is the way to do it. Dont do it personally though. I just go straight to 12-12 after 18-6.
