Before I do any tedious research, has anyone heard of any studies that involve reducing your lights from 18 to 12 or less over a lengthy period of time, as suppose to overnight?
By introducing less light over a slower period to thus mimic nature, does this at all benefit the plant while growing indoors? Also is 12/12 optimum for flowering or is less than 12 hours on, better, worse, or no significant value?
