Supplementary Light/ Not Hanging

I have a 400w so far and plant loves it, but as it is winter now I think I can get away with a bit more light/heat.

Thing is I don't want another ballast, so I guess Im stuck with an Envirolite or CFL's. Another thing is I can't hang it up as there is no space, its needs to be on the ground(it needs to stand up like a picture frame). I've been looking and not found anything.

Anybody got any bright ideas?

Maybe something like a worklight?

Yeah maybe, do they come in HPS form? Are they the same spectrum and all that?

Another thing that *might* work is this 200w x 2 MG Envirolite Grow Light: Basement Lighting Hydroponics and Plant Grow Lights . Thing is would i be able to just rest that on the floor or stick it on a chair? like I said I can't hang it, it needs to be at the side of the plant..
