Here is what I found from Texas hydroponics store read below for detailed info on product taken from Texas Hydroponics store online. Is it any good? If so, when would be best time to use during veg or flowering stage?

why dont you just mix yeast, sugar, and water. that makes co2 also and lasts 3 weeks, but probly doesnt emitt as much co2, so save ur thing for lyk 2 weeks into flowering, but until then do the yeast thing.

I agree and thought about the yeast method and that is why i asked. I think this may put out alot more and is only 2.99 and last 8 hours. I probably get 10 of em and use em every other day for the last two flowering weeks

With the addition of the yeast method. however I dont want to overdue to it
