Super quick flowering!!

Hi i have 2 plants which are large enough to flower a little. unfortunately i cant let them do so naturally as my anal house mate wants them out asap [fuckin sucks i kno]. basically i was wondering how i can make them flower quickly and roughly how long that might take. i know it wont be a good yield but small yield is better than dealing with the police....

I would still think it will take 6 weeks to get something decent to smoke.
