Hey all.
Im looking at doin my first SCROG. Ive got a few good grows done now and im looking to increase my yield.
I am averaging about .7-.9g per watt of light depending on the strain. That is under 600W HPS with about 250W extra cfl lighting, 3-5 gallon container in soil. Advanced Nutrients PH Perfect Connoisseur.
I really like super lemon haze. It is always super frosty, high yielding, and grows trouble free. Ive had 3 slightly different phenos so far. 1 VERY lemony and sticky with very dense buds loaded with lemon and citrus terpenes. 1 that was really frosty and spice/hazy with a bit less lemon, more oily than glue-sticky, VERY good yielder. 3rd pheno (whoch is the one im smoking now) is VERY VERY frosty, not alot of lemon/citrus smell, and very hazy and incency. All 3 are definitely way up there in thc content. They seem to be consistently good plants, and a very powerful high. Ive grown about 50 strains now and its definitely top 3 for sure.
I have a 4x5 tent. I want to SCROG some super lemon, I think they will do very good in a scrog setup. I also want to do 2 other plants of one strain that will grow good with the SLH. Just looking for some opinions. I want to stay away from cheese/skunks.
Maybe something that grows sativa, but has an indica density and stone.
I thought about bubblegummer, as it was really nice smoke and grew very similar to SLH in terms of branching and stretch. Except it was a little 'weak' for me. Although it did taste and smell like pink BG.
There is a strain actually called SCROG from Medicann, anyone grown/heard of it?
Ya so, just looking for some ideas or opinions. I know usually you dont mix strains with a scrog, but im adventurous i guess lol.
