Ideally you dont want to do anything that will stress you ladies out during flowering as you will end up with male flowers coming through the buds etc. BUt on the flip side if you keep the male flowers produced by your stressed out girl and keep them in the fridge you can use these to pollenate a female and then you should end up with feminized seeds from the lady.
