Sunmaster Bulb Choices - Help

I'm in the process of choosing bulbs for my first indoor grow. I have a Lumatek 600 watt digital ballast that is also dimmable. After asking a lot of questions on this board and others, I'm leaning toward the SunMaster bulbs.

Are these good bulbs?

I need a 400 watt MH bulb, and a 600 watt HPS bulb. But there are several of each in the SunMaster lineup.

First, please help me choose the right MH bulb. They offer 3 different 400 watt MH bulbs:
1. Warm Deluxe (38,000 lumens)
2. Neutral Deluxe (36,000 lumens)
3. Cool Deluxe (30,000 lumens)

Next, please help me choose the right HPS bulb. They offer 2 different 600 watt HPS bulbs:
1. Cool Deluxe (50,000 lumens)
2. Super HPS Deluxe (90,000 lumens)
