Sunglasses in the grow room?

Hi,
just wanted to ask if anyone is using sunglasses while in your grow room. Sometimes I spend prolonged periods watching girls grow and swell moving this leaf here that one there....
When I get out it seems like a different world and recently I was getting headaches as well...

LIght is 400w HPS.

yes wear sunglasses, i have a pair that have brown lenses and they work the best under the hps. well better than the black lenses i tried, it makes a cool orangy color.

yes. a pair of shades in the grow room is a good investment. some sunblock is also good if you are spending prolonged periods of time working under the light
