Not gonna lie, the shit these days sends me into an anxiety ridden ride that I can't wait to get off of lol. And that sucks because I enjoy the mellow highs of yesteryear. Or maybe my body chemistry has changed, idk. What strains do you recommend? I saw a strain called Great White Shark on Herbie's that says 11-13%. Anything else?

Super Shark by 710 genetics I grew one. It nannered a bit but was hectic soil grow my fault probably but no seeds. It was very mellow such low hash yield pretty much zero.
Was a mellow smoke not enough for me maybe good for you. I had relatives smoke it theyre a bit light weight they liked it. I think its white widow crossed with skunk1.

I’d suggest growing at home, and focusing on mostly Indica strains.
Sure there’s a learning curve, especially if you’re new to growing anything. If you have experience with growing tomatoes, I’m sure you can grow bud. Don’t feel overwhelmed. It’s really not hard to accomplish. There’s plenty of og’s here to help if you had an issue as long as you provide enough info on the grow.
I wish you luck along the way.

Erdpurt cali o orange bud blueberry or kc brains mango or something like that thc dont mean anything its not a good guide ime cos it could be say 20% thc and it hits you way harder or the reverse be higher in thc% and it smokes mild imo it is how it smokes and makes you feel that matters anyway those are all mellow easy going ones tho i mentioned i dont think you will struggle with any of them i hope it helps you op

For sure thats why I mentioned who its from. Its why I dont get popular strains its hard to get the real deal. So many have “white widow” etc. I dont like doing much homework when it comes to strains.
It was pretty nice smelling and had decent frost it just not those hash loaded heads is what I meant, no rosin. Little dry sift and no rosin from pressing the sift either. It was a nice high I just need strains like GG4 MAC GMO etc.

Ive had a few decent plants from them i still got a bunch of there stuff in the stash some of there lemon gear was nice for example and i get you 100% bud it was all stalks and no heads not what you want and yes so many claim to have proper widow but few have the real one the real one is very frosty ime and a decent skunk1 isnt a slouch either in that department

I'm betting body chemistry. I quit smoking for close to 20 years. Now that I'm back at it I too get anxiety from time to time. I don't think potency has anything to do with it.

Purple Prozac from Lucky 13, have not experienced any anxiety even when enjoying a bit too much. It finished well even with cold and wet outdoor weather, no issues indoors. I have to stick with the more mild stuff or I just end up chewing on peppercorns and sitting in the shower. Lol

Blackstrap from gnome autos was real good smoke for being low potency. Old heads in my old hood loved it. Easy grower too. Dark purple almost black buds kinda peppery wine grape smell

Any of the cbd strains or the 1:1 they are usually 7-15% and cbd will mellow it out even more

If autos are anything to consider for you they often have higher amounts of CBD due to the ruderalis.
If not then anything with higher cbd like others have mentioned will mellow the high.
Also there may be certain terpenes you want to avoid high amounts of. I’m not sure how much of a factor these play in the high but there is a trend with smell-effect

Definitely il give you an example i got two pals who are brothers ones bi polar ones got a bi polar schizoid hybrid condition the one with that still smokes it dont flip him out nothing the opposite in fact the one with bi polar he a big lad he had to quit cos certain strains just mess him up he woke up thinking he having a heart attack at 2am one morn called an ambulance it wasnt it was a panick attack triggered by weed so he has stopped for a few years now body chemistry is definitely a big part of it but physical health can influence things too sometimes
Yeah most phenos are 1 n 1 some are thc dom some are cbd dom similiar to how most landrace hash plants exist tbh nature likes a mix it seems

I quit for 10 now when i smoke joints with friends first i feel is nicotine puahing me down.and if they use old tobbacoo i get cold sweats and desire to vommit

yes man im from Scotland i love proper dry sift hash its what i started on and still my fave concentrate overall i make my own now tho as the imports that are decent are few and far between vs years back but yeah i love resin long as its clean n proper not soapbar shite i love my bud but hash has a special place in my heart too for sure
