Suggestions and Questions for my First Indoor Stealth Grow Setup

Sup guys!

I plan on doing my first grow and making a grow box. I'm going to be basing it off these guides:

The box will have dimensions 25"x44"x60" (about 2'x3.5'x5')and I'm going to be running either 6 or 8 120mm Fans rated at about 48 CFM (probably lower than the rated CFM), 4 intake and 4 exhaust.
The intakes will be placed on the right lower side panel of the box and the exhaust on the top left panel of the box as pictured (not to scale or very precise):



I'll probably run some short dryer hoses at the exhausts with activated carbon at the end.

What would be a cheap and efficient way to power and control the fans?

Now, my goal is to hopefully yield a pound or close to that of some DANK with about 4 plants in there.... idk how feasible that is....

How many and what wattage CFL/MH and HPS lights to do you guys suggest for this sized grow?

Strains on my mind include: AK47, WW, Norther Lights, and Critical Mass. What strain do you guys suggest (could be others as well) that will grow the dankest and produce the highest yield?

I know i'm shooting for the moon here, but i already have several books on growing and have been reading a whole lot, so i plan on doing this mostly right the first time, though not perfect of course.

Also, would a perpetual (2 week constant harvest) SoG be possible in this sized grow box?

What would be a cheap and efficient way to power and control the fans? - From what I've read, most people rig their PC fans to a 10 or 12v phone charger...and if it were me, I wouldn't bother with intake fans...just leave some air holes at the bottom for the air to get pulled through and up. Also, you'd have to be using a shitton of PC fans for them to really make a huge difference on your power bill (compared to HID lighting anyways)

How many and what wattage CFL/MH and HPS lights to do you guys suggest for this sized grow? - Good rule is 50w/sq.ft.....so again just a personal opinion, I'd go maybe a 250w HPS and maybe some CFLs towards the bottom for the lower leaves. I've heard successful grows from veg through flower with all CFLs but you REALLY gotta dial everything in for it to work efficiently and get the results you want...most don't see such success because their plants get too big for the light from CFLs to penetrate very far...great for vegging though.

would a perpetual (2 week constant harvest) SoG be possible in this sized grow box? - Probably not. You'd be cutting your space in half by having to partition the box into 2 (or more, since you're wanting 2 week perpetual) sections...not to mention, lighting and ventilation for each partition. Depending on the strain, expect your plant, with no topping and flowering as early as possible, to at LEAST be 2 1/2- 3 feet tall, sometimes more...so adequate space would be out of the question. If anything, use a couple walmart tote growboxes for mother plant/clones/early vegging, then the box for your flowering...because remember, it takes twice as long to flower as it does to veg to the point of flowering.
