Subcool please help!!

Hi! my name is josh. I was just hoping i could get some tips from you. right now i have a plant growing outside, which is the only way i believe in ( i am rastafari, so growing all natural is the way for me). my plant is in LST right now. The only thing is, i wish i could get it to bud faster. Or if it is a male, what can i do that will help boost it's potency? you see, i was involved in a car accident a year ago, and as a result i severely fractured my spine. thank JAH no nerve damage was done, but i have constant pain, until i smoke. I can't afford medical licensing right now, and probably not for a while. So what is there i can do to get it to grow faster, or what can i do to increase it's potency, in case it is male?
