Stunting Growth?

I have 2 ladies who are ready for flower but 1 got a late start and is at least 2 weeks behind. Can I keep the 2 who are ready to flower in 1 gallon pots to stunt their growth until the other one is caught up? I only have 1 grow room so they all have to go into flower at the same time.

why not just keep those 2 in normal veg? a longer veg wont do any harm to your plant, it will just make a bigger plant. and once you put them all into flower the other one will more than likely catch up anyways. But if your concerned about space and what not there are different chemicals you can spray on the 2. I've used B-Nine, i bought it from a local farmers store. But im sure if you cant find that there is something you could find at a local nursery just ask them.
