"Stunted" seedlings?

My month old seedlings are about 6 inches tall and have quit growing and aren't adding leaves. What can I do to help them along? This is my first grow and I am giving them miracle grow sticks, but I am dissolving 3 sticks on a gallon of water. I need advice.

Stop feeding them nutrients, you should just be giving them water (when they need it) until they are at least 3-4 nodes in.

From what i hear i wouldnt use miracle gro for nutes. Ive never used them myself so don't just go off of what i say.. research it. wessie is right stop feeding or at least cut it done to one stick per gal or even half a stick per gal.

Okay. No nutes. How often do I water them if they are in 8 oz coffee cups?

eh....I would expect a month old seedling to have more than 3-4 nodes. Pics Joseph?

How warm does it have to get before seedlings can go outdoors? (I have california skunk.)

These are a few pictures of my plants. I think I have almost 70 right now.
