Stunted seedlings - Newbie

Hi guys,
This is my first grow so please bare with me!
I've had my seeds planted after germination since April 24th and it seems like they have stunted in growth... The true leaves are super small and don't seem to be growing (at least not like other grows i've seen on YouTube and forums based on what day I am at). Every video and forum post I read about Coco says something different.. i've watered almost everyday with runoff since that is what most people say to do with Coco. Do these seedlings look over watered? or do you have any thoughts as to why they might not be growing very fast?

I had purchased some 68W LED Grow lights from Amazon that I used up until day 5 and decided I needed something stronger and am now using a 1200W LED Wills Grow Light. The lights originally were about 12" from the seedlings. The new lights are sitting 24".

Strain: Blueberry CBD
Medium: 70% Coco 30% Perlite (Urban Jardin Brand)
Avg. Temp. 68F
Avg. Humidty: 50%

First two days I ran the lights for 24 hours.

Day 1 I watered with plain water (filtered and ph'd to 6)
Day 2 Watered with CALMAG added
Day 3 All plants sprouted from soil. Watered with cal mag added. Switched to 18:6 light schedule
Day 4 Watered with 250PPM FloraNovaGrow PH @ 5.8
Day 5 Did not water - New 1200W LED lights added.
Day 6 Watered with CalMag added

TIA!

Hello @Msobes , your spot on with the water schedule: a must everyday, 2 times is OK too sometimes but a must everyday..
Ok. Your light (1200w not!/check label for a wattage, its nearer 240) and 24inches maybe a little close. Maybe keep it off the centre of the light foot print...
And no need for (more) calmag ATM, tbh I would hold another day or two just water...

You'll need to get your room temps up...68º w/ an LED is not optimal. Don't be tempted to up pot them any time soon, manage your feeds; you'll be fine.

Ok. Day 18 since planting. definitely starting to get some growth. I’m putting in .8EC (400PPM) and my run offs have been coming out at 1.4 for a couple of days. I think I might be letting the Coco dry, so I’ll start watering twice a day for a couple days to see what the runoff is. Also added some diamond nectar today, so it will be interesting to see how things change after adding that.

If you're putting in .8 ec and you're getting out 1.4 ec, it means your plants aren't eating all that you're putting in. Adding more to the mix is not going to help. If they're just getting going; be patient with them and let them tell you they want more. Good luck

Thanks @CannaCountry
The bottom true leaves on one of the plants is starting to curl a bit. Anything to worry about? The rest of the plant looks great.. Thanks for all your help.IMG_DF96C912525B-1.jpeg

I wouldn't let it bother me...those leaves will soon die off anyhow, so don't over think them. Keep your eye on the prize (new growth)...and don't forget your patience. Good luck.

Lol that my friend, I would guess is the famous Krinkle that real blueberry descendants show. Generally a sign of that pheno(taste/smell) that people chase for decades. Either way, as long as it isn't hardening, I've found it to be a positive trait. Many breeders chase mutants purposely to harness their unique characteristics. Those retard looking leaves you have were in fact DJ Short's boon. He always sought them out. He claimed it was brought into his genetic library through the Thai(purple I think) lineage.
