Stunted seedlings... any remedy at all?

Hey guys. Well, I can only blame myself for this.24 days ago I planted 10 seeds, 6 Platinum Cookies, 2 Critical Jack Herrer, and 2 Girl Scout Haze Cookies in rock wool. As you probably already know, rock wool can dry out really fast, and that's what happened after I went to bed one night and forgot to check the moisture level. Next day I find my precious seedlings wilted but still looking viable, so I watered them. Most of them died in the next couple days, but two are still alive and look mostly healthy, however they have not grown a centimeter in the past two weeks or so. They both have one set of three-bladed leaves, but that's where they stopped growing. Also, they are now in small pots with regular potting soil (not just rock wool) but that does not seem to be helping.

To hedge my bets on the next crop, I bought 5 Dr. Who seeds, put them in peat pellets this time, and all of them germinated, sprouted and after 10 days they are nearly bigger than the 24-day-old stunted seedlings.

Much as I hate to throw out the Platinum Cookies and CJH plants, I'm about to give up unless someone has any idea on how to get them growing again. I tried giving them a weak dose of ferts a couple days ago but can't see any difference yet.

there probably just really stunted my floodtable with rockwool got watered 5 times a day once they got big so letting them dry out all the way when young is a no no, I would give then 2 more weeks of just water if u got them in soil there no need for nutez, water every 3-4 days, to tell when to water stick ur finger in the soil knuckle deep if is dry then water, u got holes in ur pot right and u got 24-18 hours of light right then let them go another week or two and if nothing I would toss them no need to mess with them when in that time I could grow another one, in two week I have had plants at 18-24inches already, hope that helps

Yea I agree outdoors is probably the way I would go then concentrate on the ones you have just germed.......personally I would give the Rockwool a wide swerv(I hate rookwool)and stick with the pellets you r using......its alot easier(no need to ph)and it's a far better success with the pellets.....
