Stunted growth

Ok so I’m brand new and really have no idea what I’m doing. I started out with 5 seedlings and I have one left. The one that’s left was twice the size of the others from germination on up. One day they got knocked over and all of them died expect the one I have left. It has show. Good growth up until a couple weeks ago and it seems like it has all but stopped. I moved it into a 5 gallon bucket and here we are at like 6-7 weeks and it is only a few inches tall it has several leafs but hasn’t really started growing branches out yet. Is it normal to only be 4-5 inches tall at this age? Any tips would be much appreciated. It’s an outside grow as well. I have used some nutrients like a drop or two a week so I think that’s why the leaf is browning but not sure.

It looks good, you put it in a big pot too soon, watch out for over watering.
Give it more light, that seems to be your main problem.

Thank you!!! Every other picture I see at the same age other plants are double or triple the size so it has had me worried. Especially since my first plant ever.
