Stunted Growth, possible to come back?

Hey guys I started growing three plants from bagseed about two weeks ago. Two of them are flourishing as you can tell by the pics. The other one I started in a cup and transplanted it after 4-5 days into a pot. The medium is soil and I have been giving all the plants the same amount of water, and minor nutes, light, ect. I flushed all three plants because I realized I was putting a little more nutes then I should have. What do you guys think is wrong with the plant in the picture? Is it burned from the light, the nutes, or is it overwatered? I'm at a loss of ideas and hope that it will snap out of w/e is wrong with it and catch up w/ her sisters....... let me know what you think. Thanks.

P.s- sorry for the shitty pics i need to get a new camera

I have one like this I've been nursing for a month now. I think it's dead but just don'r have the heart to put it out of it's misery (cruel huh)?

I thinks it's toast. I considered killig it today and may tomorrow. It's just a bad seed.

How far away are your lights? And what kinda of lights are you running?
Right now i'm running 4 27w (100w equiv.) daylight cfl bulbs. I have one on each plant and the other on the biggest of my three. I have a 400w mh/hps light and all coming tomorrow. But the 4 cfls I have on it now are roughly 3 inches away. I have a big oscillating fan on them but the lights themselves don't get hot as it is.

I stopped using it but it wasn't really nutes. Just 1/4 strength plant epsom salts and a root stimulator.

As for the plant therer still isn't any improvment, do you think its dead? The other two have grown another inch and a half each

They may not be dead but they are one their way. Use straight water and don't add anything. Ph it if you have a meter to a ph of 7. (You're using soil correct)?

Water just the dirt, try no to get any on the plant itself. You're using CFL's so this really shouldn't be important but when you get water on the leaves; the drops act like tiny magnifying glasses and can cause burn spots on the leaves. This is especially true when you are using big HID lights.

yes i'm using soil and today I ph'd it again and it was at 5 1/2 so I used some ph up to raise it a bit. I have been watering it w straight water so hopefully he/she will come back from the dead......... I will keep u all posted.
