Stunted growth? i dunno

Does this plant seem to have any serious symptons that will further complicate things its obviouslly trying to veg but i know that this plant is more then a month old shouldnt it be bigger????? that in soil gravity drip system is a most recent addition the soil has very good drainage there is 3 holes filled with Water crystals to help the draining process and the drip system keeps a constant supply with out overwatering very basic for in soil plant im assuming. i had some problems early on with soil and relocating it, as you can see the big leaves looked eatn at but i havent had anything since and it seems to be fine just very slow =\ maybe i watch it to much.

if thats over a month old, a couple things could be happening, a. root bound b. nute defeciency, it does look eaten, check under the leaves for white flies or aphid's, iam almost sure thats its a mix of root bound and starving, your soil could have been simply depleted, i know it happens sometimes, even with foxfarms. that could be the light, but it looks to be yellowing? i can tell however that it is over a month old because the little thing is getting its bark.

p.s. try transplanting into new soil, and also when you pop it out, check it out to see if its got root damage, and or root bound. if the roots are any other color then white, post it.
how big is your pot, what kind of soil? also when you transplant and it is root bound, break up the roots on the bottom of it a little bit so they grow, also i wanted to ask if your letting the pot dry out, it needs this so the roots go seeking for micro nutrients and or water. i have a feeling the plant isnt doing this.
