stunted growth? help

ok so i planted to seeds on 6/28 and they both broke ground with the seed still attached to the top, but the stem seems flimsy and it hasnt grown any taller in a few days now?

does it need more water or less or nutrients?

All my others seeds are fine and growing big so it cant be the soil or nutes....idk

help please.

maybe the seed is just not a winner... if the other ones are doing good with the same treatment
