Stunted growth and discoloration

Hi,

I have a problem with my snow white plant, first off it sprouted on the side of the pot and I made the mistake of thinking it would be fine. 2nd it hasnt really been growing and the bottom leaves are turning white. I water it twice a week. What to do? I listed my grow specs below.

its a deff. once you start wih the nutes it will green up. just keep wating itwith p'ed water at 6.0 to 6.5. start nutes in a couple weeks and startat 1/4 to 1/2 strengthand work up
