Share any pics of Strains you created! Lets see peoples work.

I tried my first breed this winter.

The 2 bigger plants are the parents. (The one labeled PKxJS is the female "father")
The bagseed is the mother.
the small sprout is my F1.

I used female hermie pollen on a true female to breed these. It was an experiment to see if the hermie trait will be upfront. I chose my strains specificly. Ive observed each plants distinct pheno/genotypes. Now im going to apply those observations into my F1's to learn how traits were passed along, etc.

No pics at the moment, but I have tons of seeds from my first grow. Being a total noob, I did not recognize a male till it was way too late. However, I believe I can be certain of the genetics, and the resulting seeds. I had one male Caramelicious and it pollenated a WW that was started from fem seeds. I have grown several of the resulting seeds though, and it's very nice weed. Mostly like the WW, but I don't know the Carm well enough to know how it may have contributed to the pheno.

sounds like a killer cross! what WW did you use?

I don't have any yet but I have about 6 strains I'm going to use as bases for 2 or 3 new strains... they will be crossed by the end of this year, northern cali outdoor breeding

Yeah, for my first grow I got 10 Caramelicious and 10 WW (fem) from AMS. Did not have much luck with the Carm and it was supposed to be the easy one

But, like I said I was noob. Few didn't germ, several males. Doing SLH and LSD now. Next time I do some of the cross I will dig up this thread

I haven't actually started yet but I will be creating a strain which is a cross of c99 and vanilla sky, I am going to start after I finish my current grow and move to a better grow room.

it is THE MOST crystally outdoor plant I have ever seen... and I've seen some damn good growers up here....

Element Zero

Big Bud x Mr. Nice. Seeds were sourced as "bag seed" from the Greenway Medical Dispensary in Santa Cruz, CA in Feb-April of 2009. Heavily indica dominant. Big Bud Female and Mr. Nice Male. Possible that the seeds themselves are crosses of an indeterminable strain.

Taste: Peppery, sweet like Port wine, earthy and musky.
High: Long lasting "heavy" high. Good for cramping, back pain, hang overs.
Notes: Medium-High quality. Dense nugs, some coloration on most phenotypes. Tremendous potential but not dialed in yet.

Recognized Four distinct phenotypes and a total mutant.

Phenotype 1 is a fast grower with "roundish" looking leaves
Phenotype 2 is more "pointy" looking and grows much more slowly, prone to moisture stress
Phenotype 3 is indica dominant and grows kinda "flat" stacking internodes on top of eachother.
Phenotype 4 has a lot of purple tendency.

I have only grown out maybe 16 of these plants

Wow those look nice.
I'm lazy and just cough out $15 per clone and get my mix that way.
I'm getting them in April this year and I'm going out side but I'll get the clones under lights till
late June, works well up here.

That's like picking up chicks at a bar. Too easy, and probably carrying some disease.

Setting up your own clone chamber is great but no way would I ever be caught dead with a clone not of my own cutting.

I made a strain on accident before lol. Long story short some purple shit me and my bf were growing got pollinated by some kinda skunk shit we were growing; I found out one of the skunk plants was a male and got rid of it, but it still got to one of the females, she was loaded with seeds

they made cool looking seeds they have perfect black stripes all across them lol. I plan to start germinating them in another month or two hopefully

Strains kinda the wrong werd imo but I've made a shitload of hacks.
This first ones a venomberry x sweettooth3 took a good pheno outta that and hit it with a st3f4 male then took a good pheno outta that and hit it with a g13 x bshf7.

I have another pheno of this in flower now that'll be in my thread gimmick that is prolly the bestest one I like so far ever in da history of my life........seriously stellar plant on all levels.

Great idea for a thread.
To bad I haven't been able to create my own.I have been reading up on it though so someday it will happen,Also chi's SK looks like some fire,you need to send some of that out east,I'd love to smoke some of it.
