Strain help??

Ok this is my second grow last grow I ended in Jan and took a break . I grew autos in a 4X2 ac infinity . I grew purple gelato and had far too many plants in there with 5. Towards the end I almost got some bud rot due to not trimming enough . Point this story is taking that into consideration I been looking for different strains to grow this time. I live in NJ and it’s hot out here and will be extremely hot in the summer as well. So I’m looking for a couple things in my seeds .
1- short in height ( I will only put 4 in tent this time but I’d prefer more compact plants )
2- something that can take high temps( never grown in the summer and I wanna make sure the heat ain’t a factor )
3- mold and bug resistant as much as possible ( all the help genetics can give the better lol)
4- a sativa ( I know they tend to be bigger plants overall and that’s fine just ones in the smaller side .

You can try Durban Poison - a solid sativa strain.
It originated in a South African environment.

There are many variations like Durban Diesel etc.
Plus you can get them in autoflowers if height is an issue.

Thanks fam!! Yea Durban is one my front runners . Wait so are all autos inherently smaller ? I didn’t know that.

If you are growing for yourself 2-3 foot plants are possible . Also particular grow styles can push that too ( coco / dwc / hempy / etc. )

But for simplicity - a simple soil grow in a good peat based soil will be enough. And some bagged soil is already nute charged and really only needs water for a few weeks before having to feed plant.

Think houseplant. No special nute line needed.

For a not as big Sativa, I would look into either
Joey Weed-Hemp Depot C99
Or Fleur de Mal version. Both are pre 2000 genetics.
Hemp Depot, is in Canada, but sends to the USA. I would also look into Joey Weed AK47. It too, is pre2000 genetics. Ive ordered from HD, for years.

Another you may look into, but does get bigger, which, one can compensate, by not vegging as long.

Id look into
NWSun, on Strainly. He has F2 of Karma Genetics Sour Diesel, for $60 a pack, which is cheap. This is potent, grows fast, and yields big. Also takes the heat pretty well.
