Storing bud?

So when my plant has done its thing im gonna be left with enough bud last me a few months.
But how do i keep it fresh? Iv read about freezing it. I used just keep it in cardboard box to keep it dry, ill av too much for that tho.
Any ideas?

Well, you must have had a good yield, congratulations. I don't know how to store weed except jars but I heard something about vacuum sealed too (guess you have to cure first). In the dark. Sorry, I hope to have this 'problem' soon.

Yes, cure in sealable Mason-type jars, then after it has all cured, you can continuously store them in those jars in the same dark place you cured it in. You'll have no issues keeping it fresh in those jars for just a few months.

Getting close to six months on several oz. Stored in mason jars and Boveda humidity packs @ 62%, dark cabinet at 74 degrees. Last a couple years that way.

Buds are superior to anything I've purchased and improve with age. Stay away from the freezer, that's for your vodka bottles!
