Stopped growing and turning yellow after a week (w/pics)

First timer... using 400w HPS lamp, a 5-1-4 fertilizer and going 24/24.

7 days after putting the "hatched" seed in the soil, it seemed like they stopped growing. Today, three days later, no progress, besides yellowing leaves. Is this because of overwatering, lack of nutrients or perhaps the heat (82F with fan blowing). Or am I being paranoid?

Try to just water with a ph of 6.4 no nuts for a week or so and go 18/6 on light. Also I cant tell if you have more then one plant in the pot but if so -1 plant 1 pot. less problems. Make sure you have drain holes in the pots.

Yes,
now figuring out which is the key.And just because your being paranoid doesn't mean they are not after you.

Since your 'babies' can't eat much yet, and it looks like you have already shoved a bottle in their mouth, I doubt a LACK of nutrients.

What does your moisture meter tell you? This is important information, if you want to find a problem.

It could be that 400watt light has to be so far away from them to start with that they stretched all they could to reach the light but the roots were drowning and couldn't support the growth anymore so they stopped growing.

It could be they are just tired and want to sleep for about 6 hours? Thats when the roots seem to grow.

It could be that your soil is to 'dense' and doesn't allow drainage which would mean the roots are not getting any oxygen? They need it to grow.
What do you think?? I'm stumped. VV
