Stomach ulcer diet- anyone? Tips for healing stomach welcome

I can't seem to heal my ulcers. Just takes getting sick or eating the wrong thing once and their back. It's to the point I can't eat. Seeing a doctor soon as my insurance kicks in but am preparing myself to go on some type of ulcer diet for weeks or months. I've had heartburn and acid reflux for as long as I can remember and still at 26 can't things I enjoy. I had a bad accident when I was riding my bicycle and had to be on pain killers for weeks which is when things got worse. I also am thinking long term past that going on a dairy free gluten free diet. I have a lot of pain and this diet os supposed to help reduce inflamation, fibromyalgia, and pain.
So, anyone of you reading this that have had to go on a similar diet or have had success healing their ulcers please comment.
