Stem Rot

First Grow with drip system. Two of my plants have stem rot from to much water from my drip system ( rockwool) is ther any way to savage these plants..? about 9in tall... is the drip system on to long?

i run a drip system aswell and i dnt set my drip lines right on my stalk set it to the side the rockwool will keep saturated i havent had a problem yet with stalk rot and keep ur nutes dripping 24/7

you will wanna put your drip system on a timer... If you are using a waterfarm with air pumps just put the pump(s) on a timer.... usually use the same cycle as your light or if you have a better timer put them on 1 hour intervals.

run my drip 24/7 while its dark in the outdoors it doesnt get its nutes
my plants showed stress when they were set on timer with lights on 18/6

I was able to salvage 2 plants out of 5 by turning off the fan as to reduce the likelihood of the stems snapping off. I then rubbed hydrogen peroxide on the part of the stem that was affected to kill off the fungus that was causing the stem rot. After a couple days the affected part had hardened over and she was doing fine!
