stem breakage healing time? opinions on improvement of my current grow?

was bending my top branches back and forth to stunt vertical top growth for a while (im super cropping) and one of my tops stems snapped, i immediately taped her up and i think it will be fine, just wondering how long it will take before i can take the tape off?

pics of my supercropping, would also like to get some opinions on what i got goin, i recently cut off a lot of the bottom growth that wasnt getting any light and am currently waiting for the clones to root.
