Stealth Hydro grow, bloom, micro

I purchased the nute packs from steath hydro but I'm not sure how to use them. I was pretty sure it came with a letter but I seem to have misplaced it. All the nutrients are pre-packed and came with three different types: grow, micro and bloom. The instructions on the packets simply say place one packet per use but I'm not sure which to put at which stage...

I'm guessing I should use grow at the vege stage, bloom at flowering but what about micro?

i believe with Micro you use it with veg and flower. i am gonna order some Advance Nutrients and they have the grow, micro n bloom..

but wouldn't that defeat the whole purpose of prepackaged nutes? if I'm going to have to mix them?
