(not my current setup), i have the res on a few dvds, so it reaches right where the intake fan is, the intake is covered in the pic, but its right there underneath the res in the pic

well i have this stealth cab i bought off ebay, i should have made one my self but theirs nothing i can do now but try an make it better,
currently, i have high temp issues, so i was going to put a whole in the top left of the box and put another fan for exhaust, but i was also wondering if i take the fans from outside the box, an move them inside the box will that allow better air flow? an possibly lower my temps ?

It won't matter if the exhaust fan is on the inside or outside of the box, as long as it has an airtight seal.

It will help if the exhaust fan is at the highest point in the box, and it will also help quite a bit if you get a better fan; Specifically, a type designed to push air through ducting, a squirrel cage, mix-vent, or inline blower fan.

Something like this: $78 Soler & Palau 4" mixvent fan
Put it on a $19 router speed controller and you can change the fan speed to get the desired temperatures.

The exhaust fan is going to need to have enough muscle to push air through a carbon filter to take care of the smell during flowering.
That box has a carbon filter, right?

no it did not come with carbon filter, the box is put together very poorly, but im not worried about the smell, my concern right now is the temps, its been really high around 80-85 an i only have 3 bulbs in the their 1x42W + 2x18W cfls i would like to add 3 more bulbs, because i know the 3 in their aren't going to be enough , so i'm thinking of adding 1 more exhaust to the upper left section of the box for more ventilation, is this a good idea?

You should be ok for bulbs as long as they are the right spectrum, they say a good mixture of 5000K or 6500K along with 2700K bulbs will do well for vegging.
As far as heat, you could add an external fan outside of the box that blows onto the box. I actually stacked two fans on top of one another for my outtake fans - this keeps my temp at about 74 to 76, plus my box is in my basement, so that makes a difference.
