starting up the crops

Hey I just have a few quick questions about growing. I have grown in the past just some seeds that I've collected over the years and now I'm planning to grow this summer.

I'm just wondering however which seed sites people have ordered from? I wanna order some Sativa Spirit and perhaps another nice strain or two.

I'm also curious as to when people think I should plant outdoors if i live in central New Jersey. I was thinking of about the middle of May but if anyone thinks another date would be better please let me know.
