Starting stealth PC grow, hows my case?

germinating my feminized snowryder seed from shortstuff in the next week or so just need to buy my 150w envirolight

This is my first time trying to grow in a pc case and ive read alot of pages in this forum and have a few ideas that im gonna try:
-LST the plant - i hear this is good to keep the size down and can increase yield
-Scrog method - works similar to LST but not sure exactly how it works
Which method should i use???
-Ive got some nutes i got from the garden center, its got an npk of 20-20-20 and plan to super dilute the feed and not give it much nutes throughout its life, is this stuff too strong?
-I heard inserting 2 plastic cups into each other with vinegar in the bottom and baking soda int he top with a string between is good to release carbon dioxide for the plant?
-Gonna buy some mylar for the sides when i get my grow light.
-This is a stealth grow and my pc is gonna be inside my wardrobe, do i need to add extra ventilation?.got a fireplace in my room and was wondering if i can seal a bag with a hosepipe and run it under my carpet and to my chimey if it gets too shtinkyy

cheers man ill keep you updated, and has anyone germinated using jiffy pellets before? Do u just let them expand with water, Then stick the seed in n leave it? then transplant into pot when it sprouts?

I used a 1 inch rockwool for my germinated seed worked great.

What lights are you planning on using? Just one plant?

planning on gettin a 150w envirolight CFL and plan on growing 1 at first, most likely 2 in the future

I see. I'm planning on building a pc grow myself but i want to make like a little hydro system for like 3 autos. I was thinking about getting a bubbler from a fish tank. Post some pics if you'll get a chance.

I wish someone would use an ATCS840 to build a PC grow box, I put $1200 of gaming hardware into mine and there is still room for plants in it!

You should do well enough. Although you will really like growing in a tent when you can, I only ever use my PC growbox as a seedling chamber.

Need help using bubbler system just bought, once growing how do I empty water then refil

I am a beginner need some help. i want to make one of those pc boxes since i got a pc just layin around. I am on a budget. wat steps should i take that i could aford. not trying to spend over 100 bucks cuz i gotta buy some gangsta seeds to after i build this

just tear apart the inside first of all make sure you get every inch without breaking the main frame & doors. Then put cardboard (you get it free from grocery stores etc) all over your box & make a hole for the power bar cable. You don't need no expensive stuff for your pc grow box to work and yield a good ounce minimum

What you'll need:

-Carbon Filter (Go To Pet Store For Foam Like Carbon Filter) $4-8 for 3 pack
-2 Fans (80-120mm) - $5 each (you can get cheaper if you want)
-Power Bar - $2-$6 (check walmart for cheap stuff)
-Mylar Sheets or Those Mylar Balloons - $3-$6
-4 Outlet Sockets - $8.00-$10.00 ( http://www.amazon.com/Leviton-Ivory-Socket-Outlet-Adapter/dp/B000VL4CFC )
-4x23watt 6500k cfls - $13.00
-4x23watt 2700k cfls - $13.00

You should spend a maximum of $70.00 + alot of the stuff you should be able to find ultra cheap or free. Check for sales if you need more cheaper stuff

the pc case is a good idea but it is hard to control the heat i reckon it would be easier to make an mdf box n get some pc fans on the side of there for intake and exhaust , and you can use some of those spiral cfl's aslong as there the right kind and youll need a few, or get an 'envirogrow light' like mine, dont over think it pal, i read loadss up on the internet and not much has come to play as yet, i think at the end of the day its a weed, water it n give it sun it will grow...

what u think of my weed anyway?, the main one thats budding nicely is a lowryder 2 but it was kept in a very small pot for too long so it is very short, and the one in a bucket is outdoors in the u.k and is a blue himalya, less than half the age of the lowryder! All seeds from short stuff, had a male come out from a feminized seed too, which sucked:/

No its actually pretty & cfls dont generate alot of heat. I would recommend one 120mm fan in the front and one in the back and use a fan controller to control the speeds of them (get some high powered fans so you can make them put alot of air or put a little bit of air

Its actually pretty sick that you succeeded in growing on your window side. Your going to yield a few grams but its better than nothing + it literally cost you a few dollars in seeds to grow there. I'll probably test it out when I find a decent strain that doesnt smell

ive got a speed controller on the plug for my fans(picture at the start of thread) but my temp inside would have crispied up my plant, ive done everything on my windowsill
