Starting soil for plants. quick and easy question

I'm about to start my first plant in a couple of days once it's germinated and stuff and I was just curious about what soil i should start it in? I was gonna do ocean forest but apparently it's too high in nutes for newborn plants. Should I just use soil without any nutrients? And how long should I keep it in the nutrient-less soil? Im growing an autoflowering plant so growth is much faster. Oh and I'm growing outdoors.

I use roots organic with no additives and it works awesome the only nutes i use are the ones in my water. try it out it works for me
