Starting seeds under office lamp then t5.

I just put the seeds in small pots all had taproots exposed with the paper towel method. Id put them in the tent right away but I have them on a table over the heating vent with a office lamp the bulb looks like it’s a new style bump but it’s not the twisty one. I put it in the soil about 6 hours ago 5 northern lights.
