Starting over from septoria

Hey
My room specs
Sealed Room 8x18x7
Have a small 3x3 mother tent and the rest is a 4x12 flower trays all in the same room
bottled co2 with fuzy controler, dehumidifier and humidifier, split air con, led lights/ led drivers / fans and so on.
room stays a constant 84 degrees 52%rh 1200ppm co2

I went away on holidays and came back to my dehumidifier shut off, so the room got swampy for some time and thus i got septoria.
I have decided to start over from seed and ditch my mother plants.

My question is can i start my new mother plant in the same room that i will be finishing my flowering plants ( that have septoria) or do i run the risk of infecting my new seedlings? I still have another 5 weeks left on the flowering plants
I do have Chlorothalonil fungicide i could treat them to protect them while i finish my flowering. I have tried using it on my current mother plants, it has differently improved there health but has not eradicated the septoria.

Also i wanted to ask about Sulphur vaporiser for sterilising my room
From what i've read i would have to remove all of my leds and electronics before doing a burn, or the sulphur will damage them.
Does that mean my split system air con could be damaged if it was running during the burn?
Also can the sulphur get into my reservoir tubs water and poison it? I have large 180L tubs sitting under my flood and drain tables and they only have a loose plastic board covering them.
Or could i use a ozone gen or uv-c light instead

Im not in the usa and don't have access to some of the products you guys can get. e.g regalia

cheers
