starting first grow- its in my closet

hey guys just a few quick ones. 5 feet wide, 2.5 deep and 9 high. potentialy how many plants can i fit at 18 hours a day with two 120watt hps's and for how long.???

why not get one 250 watt?

2-3 plants i'd guess at max. 120watt isn't much depending on the light.

i have been through the same setup, started with a 70watt hps in a 1x1 area, then had a 150watt hps in an area about 2x2 and now have a 250 hps in a closet 2x4. i am tellling you there is a big difference in yield from the 150 to the 250. you dont have to keep the plants as close, the light diffuses farther.

when i grew the last crop, i had only 2 females in the room. granted the were huge, and had extensive training -- both having about 12ish good colas. the yield was great, been smoking it for a about a half of a year now.

120 watt HPS bulbs will not allow you to grow anything decent if you try to GO TALL... the key is going to be -- FLOWER early.. very very early... like 3-5 nodes... and you should stick to 2-4 plants....
