Starting CFL grow

Ok so i want to start my CFL grow i did grow once but because lack of lights plants died so im giving it another try i've got 10-27w 5500k cfls for vegin and 8 42w 2700k for flower im looking at trying to get a yield of atleast a half lbs so i was wondering if the lights i had were enough and in how much amount of time can i get this type of yield im using bagseed how many plants would i need the space im using is about 4ft wide 5ft long and 4ft tall covered in mylar so far that is what im working with for the soil i did have MG but i've heard its no good where im at supplies are very limited and i cant really order on line im on a time crunch i work in travel so every 2-3 months im somwhere else.... so if any1 has any info i would gladly love the advice and help i have read around and i have buds for less book but he has a very unique way of growing and i wanted to try a lil bit of a different way so any help will be welcomed thanks in advance '

If you can get some more intense CFL's that would help. I know there are a few really good 105-200 W CFL's. I veg with them, and nothing else. Supplement the canopy light from the large CFL's with the smaller ones around the plants. MOre more more is beter better better... to a point. Also, look into the Hempy Bucket method of growing. Very simple and good yeilds, comparable to high tech aeroponics and hydro.
If you only have 2-3 months from grow to cure, you almost have to start 12/12 from seed, but you will have virtually no yeild, like 1/2 oz at most dry. The Hempy bucket should speed the veg state a bit, but flowering will always take 8-12 weeks....
