Sprouts won't grow/dying

My sprouts aren't growing and the ph keeps raising. I'm using R/O water. My resovoir in the aerogarden is at 80 degrees, is this the reason? Are they unable to absorb enough oxygen at this temperature? Could hydrogen peroxide help? They seem to be showing signs of overwatering but I thought that wasn't possible with the aerogarden. All that water poured on their roots constantly seems excessive so I have it on only long enough to keep the sponge wet to see if they perk up. Also I think my lights are past the 6 month period and need replacing but they are still on.... Could they not be getting enough light even though they are just sprouts? One of the sprouts is almost dead and the other two are just not growing with the starting leaves underneath curling over and turning yellow. I'm growing in a large cabinet undering my fish tank, I think circulation might be a problem. I have a fan(fan looks small but it's powerful) Do I need another bigger one blowing air out? I also have another 23w soft white 1,6000 lumen CFL, I plan on adding more of these and then switching to metal hailide when they need more light. I'm also using a bubble wall in the resovoir. Should I line the inside with the dull side of aluminum foil or paint the inside white? Seems kind of unnecessary at this point. I know this should be in the Aerogarden forum but I don't know how to change it. Its been almost two weeks so they should be much bigger than this... This is my first grow by the way.
