sprouts not growing.

I have 4 white widow that has sprouted about 4 days ago . but they all have not grown any after that. there in soil .solo cups. under a compack fluoresent full spectrum 105 watt 6500k. the bulb is about 3" away from plants. They look to be in good health. just not growing. there about 1/2" to 1" tall. I only water 1 time so far . I have been useing olivia" cloning solution in with my water very small amount. what do i need to do to get those babies going. :shock:

Dont worry, you should see more growth from 7days old I find. If they arent growing upwards quickly it means your light isnt too far away, which is good. Initial leaf growth may seem slow but from a week old you will see it more clearly as the leaves are bigger and can turn more light into growth energy.
