Sprouting seeds in pots, PH high

Sup all. Im sprouting LL's white moscow in 3 gals, just noticed ph is over 7 in all pots. Seeds are in the middle of sprouting. 5 out of 10 so far. Should i amend soil? If so, with what?

you can get pH down solution to add to your next watering, there are generic pH tester kits available online. i would wait until you see some more sprouts, as long as its not over 7.5 youre okay during sprout. only when you see all your sprouts are up should you mess with the pH. before tinkering with the pH test the pH of the runoff after watering. ut the plants will tell if you they dont like it. soil usually balances itself out by buffering the water that comes in!

I just watered em with a 5.8 ph hoping to bring em down. What do you mean by buffering water?
