the sprouts look good. From the picture, it doesnt look like your going to have a big enough area for 11 plants, and you'll need more lights eventually(you probably knew that)

Ya man I am going to keep the best 2 inside and plant all the rest outside.
as for lighting i think im going to stay clf and just get 2 high watt blue and 2 high watt red. In a couple of month i will have a bigger space for bigger bud.

Best of luck to you and the ladies. Those first buds sprouting are an exciting and anticipatory time.

I hate those peat pots, but I keep using them. Any trouble getting the plants out of them or did you leave them in the pot?

I left them in the little pots and just a min ago i raised the soil level to the first leaves! :hump: I don't think the peat pots will be a problem, we will see. please keep watching and thanks for the comments

it looks like your plants are stretching. im no expert, but i think u may have to move your lights closer. but your plants r makn killer time compared 2 mine. just sprouted some also

I don't think they are stretching too much :joint: i moved the light up so i could take the picture

have a small fan blowing on them to help strengthen their stalks faster

i dont mean to interrupt on your thread but i also have a fan blowing on my newly sprouts and i have my sprouts n jiffy peat pellets. it seems as if the pellets dry up rather quickly because of the air from the fan. As a noob when i c the pellets looking dry it makes me want to water the soil. so what should i do water the soil or do i just leave the problem alone.

well it doesn't always meen that the soil is dry but use your finger and go down about 1 to 2'' into the soil to see if its dry, wet or damp

Hey dude, nice chocabo haha

So, I was thinking. Since space is going to be an issue for you, why not consider a shelf-grow? This would make extra sense if you're going to be using cfls throughout the entire grow. If you've got the height for it, you could have two or more levels of green growing in a real small space.

Also, when the time comes, you can force flower, toss the males, and revert back to the veg stage. It'd save you some space (not time). But you've got a while before u even need to consider that.

Good luck!
